The Honda : CB 125 Hornet recently debuted in India alongside the new Shine 100 DX. While the bike created a lot of buzz around its styling and package, Honda refrained from announcing its pricing. Having said that, we have learned that the CB 125 Hornet will be launched in the country in the first week of August.
In fact : The bike is likely to be launched on 1 August, the same day as the bookings commence across the country. The CB 125 Hornet, when launched, will rival the Hero Xtreme 125R, Bajaj Pulsar N125, and the TVS Raider 125.
The CB 125 Hornet draws design inspiration : From its elder siblings, which is evident in its distinctive LED headlight, muscular fuel tank, and raked tail section. The bold colour options further enhance its visual appeal, lending it a more striking and dynamic presence.
In terms of features : The Honda CB 125 Hornet comes equipped with a 4.2-inch TFT display offering Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation. It also includes a USB-C charging port as standard.
Powering : The CB 125 Hornet is a 123.94cc, single-cylinder engine that produces 10.99bhp and 11.2Nm of peak torque, paired with a five-speed gearbox. The bike is built around a new steel frame, suspended by upside-down front forks and a rear monoshock. It rides on 17-inch alloy wheels fitted with tubeless tyres. Braking is handled by a 240mm petal disc at the front and a 130mm disc at the rear, complemented by a single-channel ABS for added safety.
